Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey
Winter Solstice Gathering
Sunday 21st of December at 5.30 pm, El Xalli, El Zonte
The blend of breathwork and sound healing brings together active and passive practices for a full-body healing experience. A perfect combo to lean into during Winter Solstice, when we are invited to take a pause between what has been and what is beginning to emerge. This session is an opportunity to release what you no longer need, reset your energy, and soften into a quieter, more spacious inner landscape.
Connect. Release. Rise.
Breathwork releases emotional blocks and reconnects you with your body & heart, while drums, gong, and soothing vibrations support both activation and integration. Together, they create a transformative yet grounding journey that leaves you feeling renewed.
If you need a reset, want to release old energy before the year ends, or just create space for higher frequencies for the holiday season, welcome to our Winter Solstice Gathering! This is not a class, but more like a ceremony.
When: Sunday at 5.30-7.30 pm
Where: El Xalli, El Zonte (Transportation available from Michanti, El Zonte and carpool option from El Tunco upon request)
Exchange: $30 (Salvadorians $20) Cash only!

About breathwork.
This style of breathwork involves an active, two-part mouth breath that helps you move through emotional blocks, creating a pathway for release and deep connection with your body.
Breathwork allows you to calm your mind, open your heart, and connect with your essence. Each session is unique, and may include benefits such as:
Relief from anxiety and stress
Healing subconscious patterns
Gaining clarity
Grounding your nervous system
Reaching a deep meditative state and relaxation
Accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness
The breath often brings us exactly what we need at the moment.
While the practice is active and can lead to powerful experiences, this style of breathwork has a gentle touch and is often supportive for people with sensitive nervous systems. Many people also choose to practice it during pregnancy, though it’s always best to listen to your body and follow any guidance from your healthcare provider.
