My approach and modalities

Honoring your unique journey.

I don’t follow a strict framework or try to fit anyone’s healing or self-discovery into a box. Instead, I meet people where they are and draw from a wide toolbox based on what’s most relevant to them. I like to see my approach as a journey where we explore which doors you need to open to reach your goals—and what keys will help you walk through.

In my approach these doors are

  • Direction (e.g. goals, intentions, vision, who you are becoming)

  • Space (e.g. headspace, nervous system capacity, time)

  • What is important (e.g. priorities, values)

  • Self-awareness (e.g. energy, thoughts, emotions, reactions, patterns)

  • Blocks (e.g. inner critic, limiting beliefs, masks, suppressed parts of self, fears)

  • Catalysts (e.g. community, resources, focus)

  • Spiritual connection (e.g. trust, intuition, practices, rituals)

  • Aligned action (e.g. habits, action steps, testing & exercises)

The keys we tend to work with include: clarity, trust, surrender, peace, inner power, self-love, courage, boundaries, ownership, self-compassion, self-acceptance, gratitude, inner safety, worthiness, and the integration of different parts of yourself.

Everyone is in a different phase in their journey. But often these keys play a crucial role in moving forward to a desired direction. These are the keys that will guide you closer to your inner self, your goals, and the healing you might be looking for.

The people who benefit most from this work often have a background of exhaustion, survival mode, anxiety, or burnout. They may feel disconnected from themselves, lack a deep sense of meaning and purpose, struggle with setting boundaries, and find it hard to prioritize their own needs. Fear might be guiding their decision-making, they have a strong need for control, and they tend to be hard on themselves. Their sense of self-worth may be tied to external validation, productivity, or hard work.

They often sense there must be more to life (and there is), and they want change. They may be spiritually curious or going through a spiritual awakening but feel stuck and unsure of what to do next. They’ve possibly tried talk therapy, read the self-help books, gone to yoga classes, learned how to eat well, or explored alternative healing methods—yet still haven’t experienced the breakthroughs they were hoping for. They’re tired of feeling stuck and off, and are ready to invest in their authentic well-being, carve out time for themselves, and do the inner work.
