Breathwork & Cacao Journey
Opening the heart
Tuesday 10th of March, 7 pm, Sunzal
In this session, we come together with ceremonial cacao with the intention of opening our hearts and gathering in a communal setting.
After the cacao circle, we’ll settle into a grounding meditation and then move into a breathwork journey that supports the release of emotions stored in the body, helps open the heart, and invites you to come home to your body and your deepest essence.
Connet with the wisdom of your heart.
Breathwork releases emotional blocks, reconnects you with your body, and opens the heart. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that can beautifully support this heart-opening work while offering additional nourishing benefits.
If you feel called to open your heart, enjoy a delicious cup of cacao, and return home to yourself, you’re warmly welcome to join this gathering.
When: Tuesday, 10th of March at 7 pm
(1.5–2 h)
Where: El Sunzal (location shared upon registration)
Exchange: $25 (Salvadorians $20)
This is a small group gathering, limited space <3.

About breathwork.
This style of breathwork involves an active, two-part mouth breath that helps you move through emotional blocks, creating a pathway for release and deep connection with your body.
Breathwork allows you to calm your mind, open your heart, and connect with your essence. Each session is unique, and may include benefits such as:
Relief from anxiety and stress
Healing subconscious patterns
Gaining clarity
Grounding your nervous system
Reaching a deep meditative state and relaxation
Accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness
The breath often brings us exactly what we need at the moment.
While the practice is active and can lead to powerful experiences, this style of breathwork has a gentle touch and is often supportive for people with sensitive nervous systems. Many people also choose to practice it during pregnancy, though it’s always best to listen to your body and follow any guidance from your healthcare provider.
