Anxiety isn’t just mental — it’s physical, emotional, and spiritual. In this workshop, we’ll take an integrative approach to alchemizing anxiety and creating space to feel more centered, grounded, and in charge of your life as you enter 2026.
When anxiety takes over, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your body, your clarity, and your own capacity. This session brings together grounded techniques and simple inner practices to help you meet anxiety with more presence and gentleness. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of connection and a few practical tools you can carry into daily life.

In this free 75-minute session you will get a gentle but practical introduction to a different way of meeting anxiety and shifting worry, fear, and the need to control. One that honors all of you — body, mind, heart, and spirit.
What we’ll explore together in this workshop
We’ll walk through the four layers of the whole-human model I use in my 1:1 work:
Physical: We’ll explore your breath, your nervous system, and how anxiety shows up in your body. You’ll learn some simple methods to shift from bottom-up; body to mind.
Emotional: Making space for feelings beneath the surface and recognizing what we feel when anxiety or worry shows up. You’ll learn how to start creating space for feeling instead of suppressing.
Mental: We’ll work with some simple reframing techniques and ask questions that interrupt patterns around overthinking, controlling, and worrying. You’ll also learn how to sprinkle some self-love and compassion in the moments of anxiety.
Spiritual: The deeper layer of disconnection or longing that often hides under anxiety. We’ll explore what it means to come home to yourself — your intuition, your truth, your inner compass and discuss the concepts of trust and surrender.
This blend brings together my training in breathwork, health & life coaching, holistic wellness and spiritual studies, and lived experience healing from anxiety and burnout after spending years in survival mode while working in the high-stress international consulting industry.

If you’re experiencing severe anxiety, or need professional mental health care, this workshop is not a clinical intervention — but it can complement other support beautifully.
Hi, I’m Maria – Breathwork Facilitator, Coach, and Seeker.
Connection is at the heart of my work. Whatever I do, my intention is to walk beside those human beings who feel called to deepen their connection to their inner self, guiding them to return to their authenticity and to discover healing, self-compassion, and trust along the way.
I weave together self-inquiry, habit change, belief work, meditation, intuition, breathwork, and somatic practices—combined with aligned action steps—to support those I work with in moving closer to their true selves and following their authentic path. Through events, workshops, breathwork sessions and my longer 1:1 journeys I support my clients in improving their relationship with themselves with curiosity, ownership, and gentleness and guide them in coming home to themselves.
