1:1 Breathwork Sessions in El Salvador

I’m currently offering two options for an in-person session:

Option 1 is a 90-minute session that gives us time for a proper discussion before breathing and a short integration chat after. Exchange $79.

Option 2 is a 60-minute session where we dive into breathing quickly and keep the talking / coaching part rather short. Exchange $55.

I will hold space for you in my home in Cerromar, 5 minutes from El Tunco.
