Breathwork is a powerful experiential tool and process that allows deep self-exploration, transformation, and healing at all levels of self. Drawing on ancient healing and spiritual practices, Breathwork uses the power of breath, intuitive guidance, and music to help you access a non-ordinary state of consciousness and open your heart. This process can bring up intense emotions and strong physical experiences, which may, in some (rare) instances require additional therapeutic or supportive interventions. Coaching, self-inquiry, and intuitive guidance are designed to help you process, integrate, and gather the tools and insight needed for integration and forward momentum. All therapeutic practices described above are complementary therapies and have the potential to create both desirable and undesirable effects. Such effects can include the following: allergic reactions/sensitivities/adverse effects to adjustments to making lifestyle modifications. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or any other health condition please make this information known to Maria via email prior to the session. Please note that although we may discuss life and health issues, Maria is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose or prescribe any medications. I accept full responsibility for my progress, actions, and choices as a result of my sessions with Maria. I understand that my long-term well-being is my responsibility. Maria agrees to support me to the best of her ability as a practitioner and coach during our sessions. Cancellations are not offered, as the session recording will be available afterwards.
