Many of us spend too much time in our heads – ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. In this session, on the eve of the Beaver Full Moon, we’ll connect with what’s present, ground into our bodies, and come home to ourselves.

It’s easy to get stuck in the mind in a culture so dominated by thinking. But the mind doesn’t have all the answers. To become present, find peace, and reconnect with ourselves, we need to ground in the body. In this session, we’ll embark on a grounding breathwork journey to return to that inner home. Before the session, you’ll receive a few journal prompts to help you reflect on the theme and explore ways to bring more grounding into your daily life.

Connect. Release. Ground.

The online session will take place on Tuesday 4th of November at 19.00 EET (Finland), 18.00 CET (Central Europe), 11.00 am CST (El Salvador). Please double check your local timezone.

Exchange: 25€

The workshop will be about 90 minutes long and will be recorded. If this is your first breathwork journey, I warmly recommend joining live. The recording will be available to all registered participants for two weeks afterwards.

Please note: Registration closes 3 hours before the session. The Zoom link together with reflection prompts will be sent to all participants who have paid through Stripe 1 hour prior to the session.

The language will depend on the group:

  • If we have an international group, the session will be guided in English.

  • If we have a Finnish group, the session will be in Finnish.

  • A bilingual group is also possible, if that best serves the participants.

About breathwork.

This style of breathwork involves an active, two-part mouth breath that helps you move through emotional blocks, creating a pathway for release and deep connection with your body.

Breathwork allows you to calm your mind, open your heart, and connect with your essence. Each session is unique, and may include benefits such as:

  • Relief from anxiety and stress

  • Healing subconscious patterns

  • Gaining clarity

  • Grounding your nervous system

  • Reaching a deep meditative state and relaxation

  • Accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness

The breath often brings us exactly what we need at the moment.

Practicalities.

I will send you detailed instructions by email after registration. Please know that you will need a private, quiet space where you can feel safe and undisturbed. You’ll also need a place to lie down for the breathing practice. Many people like to have a blanket, an eye cover, and some water nearby for extra comfort. For your wellbeing, please avoid any mind-altering substances in the 24 hours before the session.

The breathwork journey will be held on Zoom and will also be recorded. You’ll have access to the recording for two weeks afterwards. This way, if you can’t join live—or if you’d like to return to the practice—you’ll be able to revisit it as often as you wish during that time.

This group session is open to anyone who feels called to deepen their connection with themselves and explore the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of their being. Please note, however, that if you are currently in an acute mental health crisis (such as psychosis), this practice may not be suitable right now.

If you have any questions or need support as you prepare, I’d be happy to hear from you at maria@mariavesanen.works

”Thank you again for an absolutely incredible workshop. This was my first time participating in anything like this, and the experience was nothing short of positive and amazing. I still feel relaxed and warm throughout my entire body—I couldn’t have imagined anything better in the midst of this stressful phase of life. Someone wrote in the Zoom chat that it felt like being in a state between sleep and wakefulness, and I completely agree. It was a completely new sensation for me, and I think I might be hooked!

So, a huge thank you once again—you opened a whole new world for me, and you were absolutely fantastic today. I’ll definitely be staying tuned for more!"
